| Today I got my puppy from the animal shelter. He is mostly black, but his feet, tummy and tip of his tail are white. I named him Dusty. He is a "mutt" but he is really cute! See for yourself.

| I entered the Mountain Dew Transform Your Summer Contest and won a hoodie. Cool, huh? It has 'MD' designs all over the inside of the hood and an 'MD' zipper pull. 
At the end of the school year (May 31st) my two brothers and I went to several places in Atlanta, including the capital building. We visited the governor's office. Today, all three of us got a note thanking us for visiting. It was a really cool office with a lot of model planes which Gov. Perdue collects. He was a pilot in the air force flying jets. He still has his pilot's license. My brothers and I all stood in front of his desk for a picture. The note is "generic" but still cool. That's what has been going on with me.

| Mostly, I have been working lately. We have been trying to get our school room clean. We still have a LOT to do. T and I also need to clean our room or we are going to be in BIG trouble. School starts back for us Aug. 20th. and I am NOT ready to start back. I think we should wait until after Labor Day. But I'm not in charge so...What have you been up to? |
